Under the help of "Chunhui Plan" from Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, Dr. Zhenli Lu took part in this event, and gave a report on the research cooperation between China and Portugal.He shew the posters of IEETA and Cooperation project on robot in this event. He was awarded as an "Oversea Chinese Leading Talent" by 14 th GuangZhou Convention of Overseas Chinese Scholars in Science and Technology.
