About the journal

The Journal of Neurology is an international peer-reviewed journal which officially represents the European Neurological Society and provides a source for publishing original communications on clinical neurology and related basic research in neuroscience. Commentaries on new developments in clinical neuroscience, which may be commissioned or submitted, are published as editorials. Letters to the Editors serve as a forum for the exchange of ideas or clinical cases which highlight important new findings. A section on Medical progress serves to summarise the major findings in certain fields of neurology, as illustrated by recent articles published in the Journal. News sections provide information on the development of neurological medicine, society news, and reports on recent congresses.
